They always blow me away with their incredible music and their showmanship, but seeing them in a theater setting was a new experience for me one that is impossible to describe. I'm using this photo first just to give you an idea of the way the stage was setup. You can't see the steps in this photo, but as you can see the stage was set up in multiple levels and the guys were moving around all over that big stage as you will see when you look at the rest of the photos. . Before you go to the next page, imagine sitting in a darkened theater, when all of a sudden as "Para el Pueblo" is being played over the speakers, that huge light fixture suspended from the ceiling begins blinking , flashing and pulsating, looking like a flying saucer about to land, then as La Mafia takes the stage dressed all in black with white accessories , tiny white lights (which would change colors throughout the show) on a black background are turned on. As the guys begin to play live, Oscar enters the stage in his crisp white jacket belting out "Para el Pueblo" and the crowd is going wild. |
